ProtectaPet orders are made to suit your individual requirements and as such, they may take up to five working days to be dispatched from our warehouse in Stoke on Trent. If you require delivery for a specified date, please ring our office and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and quality checks. Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of carrier actions which are beyond our control.
How much does my delivery cost?
On the UK mainland, our delivery charges are free for orders £100 or over. Orders under £100 will incur an £8 shipping charge. Please contact info@protectapet.com directly for international shipping charges. Please be aware that we deliver our products worldwide, for these deliveries, local import duties and taxes may apply.
What is our return policy?
Under our 30-day returns goodwill guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. If you have changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price, deducting any postage costs we have incurred. We cannot accept items that have been used/fitted or individual parts purchased as part of a kit. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
